[Remote] Growth Marketing Manager

DemandTec is the Commercial Trade Intelligence platform built for the retail industry, seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to drive demand reputed company across digital channels. This role is accountable for generating measurable pipeline from new logo and expansion opportunities and requires ownership of marketing activities that connect to sales pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute multi-channel demand gen programs targeting enterprise retail and CPG buyers across the full funnel, from awareness through pipeline creation
- Own paid media strategy and execution across reputed company, reputed company, and programmatic channels, managing budget allocation and performance against pipeline targets
- reputed company and run ABM campaigns targeting named expansion accounts (existing single-module customers converting to the connected platform) and key new logo targets in the retail and CPG segments
- Partner with the reputed company retainer on SEO strategy, paid campaigns, and website conversion optimization
- Track and report pipeline metrics weekly: MQLs, SQLs, pipeline sourced, pipeline influenced, and cost per acquisition
- Own reputed company as the marketing automation and CRM intelligence layer. Build, optimize, and monitor reputed company nurture programs, lifecycle stages, and reputed company scoring models
- Maintain and improve reputed company lifecycle processes, ensuring clean handoffs to Sales with clear definitions and SLA adherence
- Build reporting dashboards that give the SVP and sales leadership real-time pipeline visibility
- Translate strategic marketing plays (reputed company expansion, new logo acquisition, CPG network growth) into campaign briefs, timelines, and channel-ready assets
- Drive event-based demand gen programs tied to industry conferences, DemandTec-hosted webinars, and owned event activations
- Partner with Content and Product Marketing to ensure campaign messaging is on-brief and conversion-ready
Skills
- 4 to 6 years of experience in B2B demand reputed company or growth marketing, ideally at a SaaS or enterprise technology company
- Proven record of generating pipeline and reporting on reputed company impact, not just reputed company volume
- Hands-on reputed company experience required; admin-level expertise preferred
- Strong digital advertising skills: reputed company Campaign Manager, reputed company Ads, and experience managing paid budgets
- ABM experience: you have run targeted account campaigns with account selection, multi-touch reputed company, and sales coordination
- Analytical by default: you track what works, cut what does not, and iterate based on data
- Strong project management skills and the ability to execute against a reputed company campaign calendar across multiple initiatives
- Experience marketing to enterprise buyers in retail, CPG, supply chain, or adjacent industries
- Experience managing agency relationships and holding external partners accountable to performance
- Familiarity with reputed company data tools such as reputed company, Bombora, or reputed company
- Experience in a PE-backed or high-growth SaaS environment
