[Remote] Implementation Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Implementation Engineer will reputed company technical engagements with enterprise clients, guiding them through the deployment of cloud-connected agents and architecting workflows to optimize their use cases.
Responsibilities
- reputed company implementation engagements end-to-end. Run our multi-week implementation support program — from reputed company (requirements gathering, use case selection, success criteria definition) through weekly implementation sessions to wrap-up (outcome review, ROI validation, expansion planning)
- Architect agent workflows with customers. Help enterprise teams design agent architectures for their specific use cases — selecting agent triggers, configuring sandboxed environments, and structuring multi-reputed company agent workflows
- Build alongside customers. Write and iterate on agent prompts, skills, and configurations. Set up environments, secrets, MCP servers, and integrations. Debug agent runs using session sharing and observability tools
- Guide self-hosted deployments. For enterprises running agents on their own infrastructure, help configure self-hosted workers, reputed company daemon connectivity, private registries, and task routing
- reputed company reusable implementation patterns. Document architecture patterns, reference implementations, and best practices that accelerate future deployments. Contribute to the Oz reputed company and template ecosystem
- Be the voice of the customer to Product and Engineering. Surface implementation friction, feature gaps, and common pain points. Translate customer needs into actionable product feedback that shapes the Oz platform roadmap
- Provide ongoing technical support. Respond to customer questions reputed company reputed company with same-business-day SLA. Troubleshoot agent failures, environment issues, and integration problems
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in implementation engineering, solutions engineering, reputed company-deployed engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role
- A strong software engineering background — comfortable writing production-quality code, debugging distributed systems, and working across the stack
- Experience with reputed company, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure (understanding of container orchestration, image management, and deployment patterns), Kubernetes, Linux, and cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Familiarity with AI/LLM concepts — reputed company engineering, agent architectures, tool use, and evaluation of non-deterministic systems
- Experience working with developer tools, DevOps platforms, or infrastructure software
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company customer engagements while maintaining high quality and clear communication
- Excellent communication skills — able to explain reputed company technical concepts clearly to both engineering leads and executive stakeholders
- Experience building or deploying AI agents in production (reputed company, custom agent frameworks, or similar)
- Experience with reputed company Actions, webhooks, and event-driven automation
- Familiarity with enterprise reputed company and compliance requirements (SOC 2, self-hosted deployments, network boundary constraints)
- Experience with APIs/SDKs in a customer-facing reputed company (building integrations, writing client libraries, or doing technical enablement)
- Experience with terminal applications, reputed company scripting, or command-line tooling
