[Remote] New Business Account Manager - Home Care

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is the leading platform guiding families through every stage of the aging journey. The Home Care Business Development Executives are responsible for signing strategic home care agencies into the network, managing multiple markets, and ensuring the success of new agencies by driving sales and maintaining communication with internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple geographical markets with a targeted list of high potential home care agencies to sign in each market, including cold calling and prospecting
• Educate potential agencies on reputed company’s value, and set expectations for their experience with reputed company and our referral programs
• Sign on new agencies that meet reputed company’s customer qualifications and regulatory requirements, managing the full sales cycle and closing deals
• Meet or exceed weekly Key Performance Indicators and monthly sales targets
• Ensure the success of our new home care agencies by collecting reputed company the information required to complete the signed agreement and transition the new agency to our onboarding team
• Maintain detailed notes and document reputed company sales activity in our CRM
• reputed company in excellent communication with the Manager of Home Care Acquisitions and prepare reports of weekly accomplishments and achievement of goals
• Occasional travel may be required

Skills

• 2+ years of sales experience
• Hunter mentality with proven success in cold calling, prospecting, and closing
• Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple responsibilities, while meeting or exceeding expectations and sales targets
• A personal sense of urgency and ability to overcome obstacles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Able to properly and accurately enter data into CRM tools
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to deliver results while working in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable with data tracking, analysis and CRM tools
• Strong computer skills necessary, including reputed company and reputed company suites
• Bachelor's degree
