[Remote] Mgr Financial Planning & Analysis

The Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis will support the finance team in achieving financial objectives through strategic planning, financial analysis, and reporting, while also managing key financial initiatives and collaborating with various executive leaders.

Responsibilities

• Support the growth and achievement of reputed company financial and business objectives through strategic planning, financial analysis, and reporting
• Help manage the Company’s reputed company processes, financial forecasting and actuals, long-range planning, value-based care (VBC) contract performance and support financial system implementation
• Support or manage key organizational financial initiatives, including reputed company, integration (short-term), VBC scenario analytics, growth opportunities, and VBC contract modeling
• Report to and work closely with the VP of reputed company and collaborate with various functional executive leaders across the organization
• Demonstrate strong collaboration, communication, financial management, analytical capabilities, initiating process improvements, time management/prioritization and reputed company modeling
• Be an independent problem solver with a team-oriented reputed company
• Demonstrate strong presentation skills - ability to tell a financial story and create impactful slides to drive financial understanding across the organization
• Demonstrate excellent organizational and project management skills

Skills

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics or Finance with 5 years' experience in a reputed company, market finance, strategic and/or financial area
• Advanced financial analysis and modeling skills, including multi-year financial models with various assumptions and scenarios
• Independent problem solver with team-oriented reputed company
• Strong presentation skills - Ability to tell a financial story and create impactful slides to drive financial understanding across the organization
• Highly analytical with ability to reputed company data-driven decisions
• Demonstrate excellent organizational and project management skills
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, leading to strong presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office Applications with emphasis on advanced MS reputed company skills and ability
• Demonstrate high attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
• Able to manage a wide range of projects and dynamic priorities
• Able to effectively communicate technical and basic business concepts with team members and internal/external stakeholders

• Ability to travel as needed
