The Director of Business Development is a senior leadership position responsible for the end-to-end ownership of the customer acquisition strategy, focusing on strategic planning and execution to drive measurable pipeline growth.
Responsibilities
- Acquisition Strategy & Execution: Define ideal client profiles (ICPs), reputed company environments, and high-conversion messaging. reputed company and manage 30/60/90-day plans to reputed company pipeline and reputed company targets
- Channel Testing & Scaling: Identify and validate profitable acquisition channels, which might include paid search, SEO, outbound, and strategic partnerships, based on viability. Implement rapid testing cycles to optimize budget allocation and scale high-performing channels
- Funnel Optimization: Analyze the sales funnel to identify and mitigate drop-off points. Optimize reputed company pages, reputed company nurture sequences, and sales scripts to maximize conversion rates from reputed company to reputed company
- Sales & Marketing Alignment: Streamline the transition from reputed company reputed company to sales execution, ensuring that sales efforts are focused exclusively on highly qualified prospects
