Responsibilities

Skills

- Demonstrated success driving pipeline through multi-channel marketing programs
- Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards, reporting frameworks, and performance analysis
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and campaign execution tools
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent written communication skills across email, social, webinar, and campaign content
- Ability to work independently and operate with a high degree of ownership
- Comfortable collaborating across Sales, RevOps, Product Marketing, reputed company, and Leadership teams
- Experience marketing to reputed company, Recruiting, HR, or People leaders
- Familiarity with recruiting technology, talent intelligence, or HR technology
- Experience with GEO, SEO, content strategy, or thought leadership programs
