[Remote] Vice President, Palladian Partners (Contingent, 75% Appointment)

Palladian Partners, Inc. is seeking a Vice President to join their full-service marketing and communications team reputed company the reputed company Enterprise. The role involves sustaining client relationships, leading integrated accounts, and contributing to business growth while overseeing a team and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture client relationships by providing team leadership and strategic guidance to clients

• Strategically recruit, hire, and reputed company people and teams, to include coaching Account Directors on growth and client relations
• Provide reputed company and quality control for reputed company client accounts in their portfolio
• Support growth, productivity, and impact in measurable, reputed company ways
• Ensure individual portfolio accounts are profitable and sustainable

• Coordinate with Account Directors in their contract-level performance, budget and management, and risk review and mitigation efforts
• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction across the portfolio
• Interact with corporate support functions in finance, legal, reputed company, marketing and communications, and others to respond to and manage data calls, contract issues, and thought leadership initiatives

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in communications, public health, or reputed company field
• At least 10 years of relevant technical experience; health focus strongly preferred
• Experience managing large, reputed company teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively on a team and with key stakeholders and clients
• Action-oriented, organized, proactive, and adaptable approach
• Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to customer service
• Experience in federal contracting rules and standards
• Candidates must be currently eligible to work in the United States; sponsorship is not available

• Prior communications firm and/or government or government consulting experience strongly preferred
• Master's degree or Ph.D. is a plus
