[Remote] Account Manager (Commercial P&C)

They are seeking an Account Manager to support Account Executives in servicing middle-market commercial P&C accounts and to help prepare renewal materials while ensuring high-quality client service.
Responsibilities
- Support Account Executives in servicing middle-market commercial P&C accounts
- Assist with day-to-day client needs, including policy changes, documentation, billing questions, endorsements, and certificates of insurance
- Help prepare renewal materials and marketing submissions; coordinate with producers to ensure timely delivery and strong client outcomes
- Apply knowledge to navigate reputed company coverage structures and negotiate with carriers
- Communicate with carriers to obtain quotes, endorsements, and other policy information
- Follow Arvor’s client service playbook and contribute to maintaining consistent, high-quality service standards
- Participate in pilots of new tools and systems, providing feedback on usability and performance
- Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and product, to help improve service workflows
- Demonstrate curiosity, reliability, and attention to detail in reputed company aspects of work
Skills
- 5+ years of commercial insurance brokerage experience (you have focused on middle-market and/or large accounts)
- Understanding of core commercial lines (Property, GL, Auto, WC, Umbrella and Specialty Lines)
- Proven success managing a book of reputed company accounts
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Active, reputed company P&C License (advanced designations a plus)
- Entrepreneurial reputed company; comfortable in fast-moving environments
