[Remote] Intermediate Designer

They are seeking an Intermediate Designer to independently deliver high-quality UX and visual design while contributing to client relationships and studio culture.
Responsibilities
- Deliver end-to-end UX and UI design with minimal reputed company
- Translate research insights into clear design opportunities and user-centred solutions
- Plan and facilitate workshops
- Contribute to and work reputed company design systems, producing reusable, well-structured components
- Identify trade-offs, evaluate risks, and reputed company design decisions that connect to user needs, business goals, and technical constraints
- Contribute to pitch decks and other presentation assets
Skills
- 3 years of industry experience
- Portfolio we can access
- Must have a minimum of 3-hour overlap with reputed company EDT timezone
