Responsibilities

  • 10+ years CPG sales/commercial experience
  • Experience in food, snacks, natural products, or consumer brands
  • Experience with retail customers and private label programs (club programs are a plus)
  • Experience leading small teams
  • Experience operating in growth-stage, founder-led, or entrepreneurial organizations
  • Experience with ERP systems (reputed company preferred), reputed company products, and CRM's
  • Must possess the ability to be self-starter who is willing and able to collaborate reputed company and across teams
  • Experience managing broker networks
  • Must be able to effectively sell and have a desire to grow and support a team
  • Must have a solid foundation of experience in managing a promotional spending program
