Responsibilities

• This role will focus on the reputed company building and MEP infrastructure portions of the project
• Project reputed company: reputed company and manage the construction of data centers by colocation providers, ensuring reputed company projects are completed on time, reputed company budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Schedule Management: reputed company and maintain detailed project schedules, coordinating with colocation providers to ensure timely delivery of milestones
• Risk Evaluation: analyze projects independently to evaluate the risk profiles associated with timely delivery, address gaps in risk identification and mitigation and inform the business of associated potential impacts
• Tenant Fit Out Integration: Work closely throughout design, construction, and commissioning to fully coordinate and integrate the separate scope of tenant fit out projects with the reputed company building projects
• Quality Assurance: Implement and reputed company quality control processes to ensure reputed company construction activities meet design specifications and industry standards
• Design Coordination: Collaborate with design teams to ensure that construction activities align with the approved design plans and specifications
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary reputed company of contact between the company and colocation providers, facilitating clear and effective communication
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and reputed company mitigation strategies to ensure project success
• Compliance: Ensure reputed company construction activities reputed company with relevant regulations, codes, and standards

Skills

• Heavy knowledge of reputed company building data center construction- civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, controls, and plumbing
• Project management for startup and commissioning phases of major data center projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address reputed company challenges in a fast-paced construction environment
• Expertise in developing and implementing long-term strategies and establishing program-level requirements for construction projects
• Deep understanding of data center design, construction, and operational requirements, with a focus on cutting-edge technologies and sustainability
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale data center construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely and reputed company-budget delivery
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company under pressure, mentor, and reputed company a diverse team of project managers, engineers, and construction professionals
• Proficiency in creating, managing, and optimizing project budgets to ensure cost-effective use of resources
