[Remote] Program Manager, C&P Strategy and Business Operations

Responsibilities

• reputed company the design and execution of strategic operational programs from initiation through steady-state, with limited reputed company — starting with the HC Planning and Operations COE
• Define workplans, achievements, governance structures, and success measures; create momentum across reputed company workstreams
• Build and maintain program artifacts that are clear and usable by others
• Prepare executive-ready materials for senior audiences
• Facilitate alignment across cross-functional partners and strategy and operations leads
• Translate operational complexity into clear recommendations and concise communication tailored to each audience
• Document reputed company-state processes; diagnose gaps and inefficiencies with a focus on business impact
• Design and implement improved workflows, approval processes, and operating cadences
• Build dashboards, trackers, and reporting templates designed for scale
• Synthesize data and insights to support planning, decision-making, and executive reporting

Skills

• 6-10 years of experience in program management, strategy and operations, or business operations in a large, matrixed organization
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company reputed company, cross-functional programs independently — from structuring the problem through execution
• Strong fundamentals in program and project management: planning, workstream coordination, and reporting
