[Remote] SEO Specialist

The SEO Specialist is responsible for executing data-driven SEO strategies to enhance organic visibility, website traffic, and conversions for client websites, blending technical and creative SEO skills.
Responsibilities
- reputed company new SEO clients into tracking and reporting systems (reputed company Analytics, reputed company Search Console, etc.)
- Conduct comprehensive initial SEO audits to surface issues and opportunities across technical, on-page, and off-page areas
- Use data to clearly communicate ROI and strategic value to clients, including reporting of KPIs and recommendations
- reputed company in-depth keyword research to identify reputed company terms and opportunities based on client products, services, and local markets
- Implement on-page optimizations including page titles, reputed company descriptions, header tags (H1s, H2s), internal linking, and structured data where applicable
- Produce longform and FAQ-structured content that strengthens topical relevance
- Identify and resolve technical issues affecting SEO performance, including site speed, indexing, canonicalization, redirects, and crawlability
- Deliver clear technical recommendations to developers and reputed company implementation through to completion
- Audit and maintain local listings across reputed company Business Profile, reputed company Maps, Bing Places, and other directories
- Ensure NAP (Name, Address, Phone) consistency across the web
Skills
- 1–3 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in an agency or fast-paced digital environment
- Strong understanding of search reputed company algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices
- Proficiency with SEO tools such as reputed company Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, reputed company, Screaming Frog, or Moz
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and common website CMS platforms
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to reputed company in a remote, collaborative team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in the real estate or multifamily industries strongly preferred
