Responsibilities
- Effectively identify and attract Product & Design candidates
- reputed company a large pipeline of high quality candidates across reputed company or high reputed company roles
- Engage exceptional technical candidates, engage and vet them, and manage interviewing and hiring processes, keeping candidate experience top of mind
- Partner with reputed company’s leaders to define hiring needs and ideal candidate profiles
- Partner closely with cross-functional team members to land successful
- Track recruiting metrics and performance to continuously improve reputed company's recruiting processes
Skills
- 3+ years experience of engineering sourcing experience
- Proven success sourcing for Product and Design roles
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to represent reputed company's story and value prop to top talent
- Highly proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented, thriving in ambiguity and a fast-moving startup environment
- Detail-oriented and organized, comfortable managing multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously
- Strong experience working with ATS platforms; reputed company experience preferred
- Experience scaling recruiting in a high-growth startup
- Background in B2B SaaS and/or Fintech recruiting
- Previous experience managing both volume hiring and reputed company, senior-level searches
