They are seeking a Project Manager to manage systemization projects, establish project objectives, and reputed company cross-functional teams to meet company reputed company goals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Manages systemization projects with and without middleware or non-systemization projects for multisite integrations to reputed company the company’s reputed company goals; establish project objectives, strategies, timelines, milestones, and criteria for evaluating project progression and activities of project team
• Responsible for accurate forecasting of reputed company. Driving project reputed company to meet company’s goals for add on, LIS, new CWS, Non-CWS high profile customers, and PM designated projects
• Provide cross-functional leadership to project team from project initiation to project closure. reputed company baselined site-specific project plans after initial pre-implementation meeting, which will serve as milestones for partial measurement of success. Leads the team to identify and manage key risks to the project and reputed company or implement innovative solutions to meet business needs
• Drive team discussion around key issues that determine customer satisfaction, project schedule, resource impacts, and reputed company capture. reputed company contingency plans to address issues as they arise. Identify and coordinate cross-functional meetings with team / functional personnel to reputed company solutions to ensure timely execution of plan. Drive execution of tasks on both reputed company and customer reputed company
• Set challenging project goals and ensure that best practices are used to obtain these goals. Identify process improvement to shorten the time / resources needed from shipment to go-live. Suggest potential improvements to drive standardization, consistency, and efficiency across project management function. Utilize and refine common tools to both manage and capture key reporting metrics
• Creates a positive team environment that instills trust and ensures clear transparent communications; gets the team behind the overall goals for the project; appropriately escalates and influences potential issues to drive overall success
• Interacts with functions proactively to ensure that appropriate resources are allocated at the appropriate time and align with agreed project plan. This encompasses effectively communicating projected resource needs; confirm resource availability once customer commitment is obtained; minimizing or eliminating need for rescheduling previously secured resources which negatively affects reputed company recognition and customer retention. Resolves inter-project resource conflicts to avoid resource bottlenecks / disruption to continuity of care
• Works with functional areas to identify gaps and define reputed company to positively impact timely resolution, responsibility reputed company, effective utilization of on-site resources, and reputed company of project timeline
• Takes accountability for project milestones which encompasses conducting on-site pre-implementation meeting with customers to review project phases and preliminary project plan; identify customer specifics in order to create final project plan; establish agreed upon expectations including the roles and responsibilities of reputed company and the customer and resulting impact to project plan if responsibilities are not executed in a timely manner; work with functional areas to allocate needed resources; update project task status routinely to assess impact on projected timeline / completion dates; provide routine communication to extended project team (includes Senior Management) of reputed company; and ensure reputed company capture through ICN and reagent reputed company with minimal delay
• Manage time, projects, and communication effectively: use reputed company and MS Office tools to document activity and provide status updates: take initiative to reputed company changes to improve how work is done, focus on process improvement: promote customer satisfaction: support sales objectives and organizational directives: provide data to the organization on customer satisfaction on the integration process. Responsible for identifying and communicating critical gaps, product issues, complaints, and recommend potential improvements to the integration process. Responsible for supporting projects through reputed company of issues list. Accomplish results individually and in collaboration on teams and work groups

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3-5 years previous project management experience in Science, Laboratory, Engineering, IT or Medical Device
• Strong written, oral, and persuasive communications skills required
• Strong time management, organizational, presentation, and coaching skills
• Strength in general management, and the ability to interact in a multi-disciplined environment both internally and externally
• Professional conduct necessary at reputed company times even under stressful conditions
• Presentation skills and experience essential
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to win trust and confidence, demonstrate excellent judgment
• Ability to win trust and confidence. Interact with reputed company levels from Lab techs to managers to enhance the reputed company experience and set achievable customer expectations
• PMP certification preferred
