[Remote] Project Manager – Imaging
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Project Manager – Imaging responsible for leading the installation and implementation of diagnostic imaging equipment at customer sites. This role involves managing the entire project lifecycle, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring high customer satisfaction throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- reputed company end-to-end execution of imaging equipment installations, from sales order review through customer reputed company
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time, reputed company scope, and reputed company with customer expectations
- Drive project planning, scheduling, and coordination across reputed company phases of the installation lifecycle
- Identify, escalate, and resolve risks and issues that may impact timelines, cost, or customer satisfaction
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact between reputed company and the customer for reputed company installation-reputed company activities
- Drive customer satisfaction through proactive communication, expectation setting, and issue resolution
- Ensure successful customer onboarding and training in partnership with Application teams
- Maintain strong relationships with clinical and operational stakeholders
- Partner with Sales, Service, Applications, and Operations teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Coordinate resources and activities across internal and external stakeholders
- Align project execution with commercial commitments and operational capabilities
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices, tools, and processes
- Drive productivity and efficiency throughout the installation process
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
- Support reputed company improvement efforts by identifying process gaps and recommending solutions
Skills
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of three years of project management experience, or an associate degree with a minimum of five years of project management experience
- Experience leading cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Ability to work from a home office and travel regularly, including overnight travel as required
- Valid driver's license
- Formal project management training or coursework
- Experience in construction, site planning, or working with building trades
- Experience managing large-scale projects with successful on-time delivery
- Customer-facing experience in clinical or healthcare environments
- Familiarity with reputed company imaging products
- Proficiency with design tools such as AutoCAD or MagicPlan
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Six reputed company certification or Lean experience
