[Remote] Sr Product Designer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Intero Real Estate Services is seeking a Senior Product Designer to reputed company design initiatives from concept to execution. This role involves collaborating with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to create user-centric designs that align with business goals.
Responsibilities

- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate solutions
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups that communicate design concepts effectively

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or reputed company field
- 8+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or reputed company field
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in design tools such as reputed company, Sketch, or reputed company Creative Suite
- Solid design tools such as reputed company, Sketch, or reputed company Creative Suite
- Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with product and engineering teams
- Experience with design systems and component libraries
- Familiarity with reputed company-end development basics (HTML, CSS)
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
- Ability to drive strategic design decisions and influence product direction
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Real estate industry experience and familiarity with designing transaction platforms is a strong plus
