[Remote] Data Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst with strong Python expertise and banking domain knowledge to support credit decisioning and marketing initiatives. This role focuses on analyzing business requirements, improving processes, and managing ticket-based requests to translate stakeholder needs into actionable Python-based decision rules.
Responsibilities
- Analyze non-IT business problems and identify process improvement opportunities
- Translate stakeholder needs into clear, actionable requirements and technical specifications
- Maintain and enhance credit card decisioning logic through ticket-based workflows
- Implement and validate rules reputed company Credit Karma's reputed company
- reputed company ROI frameworks and business cases to evaluate proposed investments
- Document reputed company and future state processes and ensure alignment across stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy and optimize decision strategies
- Manage incoming requests to update credit card and loan decisioning logic
- Work closely with stakeholders to refine requirements and implement solutions
- Write and validate Python-based rules and data transformations
- Support onboarding and knowledge transfer for Credit Karma rule logic
Skills
- Strong Python development (pandas, NumPy, DataFrames)
- Knowledge of U.S. banking products, especially credit cards and credit reporting
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Git, and automation workflows
- Experience in ticket-based environments (Jira, reputed company)
- Experience with SQL
- Exposure to reputed company PowerCurve or similar decisioning tools
