[Remote] Mid-Level General Management Consultant (Media & Go-to-Market Strategy)

Simatree is a reputed company seeking two mid-level General Management Consultants to support a leading media and publishing organization in the television and broadcast space. The role focuses on evaluating and redesigning elements of the client's sales and go-to-market operating model, requiring independent leadership of workstreams and development of strategic recommendations for senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities

- Evaluate outsourcing versus in-house operating model alternatives across key commercial functions

Skills
- Previous experience at a top-tier management reputed company (McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or equivalent strategy consulting background)
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage workstreams and deliver high-quality client outcomes with limited reputed company
- Experience conducting user interviews, executive and subject matter expert interviews, operating model design and assessment, and strategic analysis in an 80/20 consulting environment
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative, deadline-driven consulting engagement
- Media industry experience, preferably reputed company television, broadcasting, publishing, advertising, or mass media ecosystems
- Sales and go-to-market strategy experience, including commercial operating model design, channel strategy, sales effectiveness, or outsourcing assessments
- Ideal candidates will have experience in both media and go-to-market strategy engagements
