[Remote] Application Engineering Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. L2x Talent Solutions is seeking an Application Engineering Manager to reputed company their application engineering team. This role involves managing projects, providing technical guidance, and collaborating with sales to ensure customer satisfaction and product alignment with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Manages application engineers, assign projects, and ensure tasks are completed reputed company
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and training to the sales engineering team
• Develops and delivers technical product presentations used to engage customers and prospects and educate sales teams
• Staying updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices
• Work with sales managers to reputed company account strategies, identify opportunities, and support closing deals
• Interacts with customers’ technical teams for support
• Travel to customers as needed
• Analyzes customers’ technical specifications, recommends the best product configuration and installation process, and estimates implementation effort, time, and resources
• Reviews sales proposals for accuracy, completeness, and quality
• Conduct performance evaluations and help team members reputed company their skills and reputed company their potential
• Ensure the team provides excellent technical support to customers and that products are reputed company with customer needs and industry standards
• Uses technical knowledge of product offerings to advise and support sales teams with pricing estimates and implementation guidance based on customer requirements
• Leading the design and development of reputed company application features and functionalities
• Translating technical specifications into code, including writing programs, testing, and debugging
• Performing system analysis, architecture design, and integration with other systems
• Troubleshooting reputed company technical information to clients and stakeholders

Skills

• Engineering Degree
• 5+ years of professional working experience reputed company a manufacturing or industrial equipment based setting
• Need to have a strong technical background reputed company hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including hydraulic cylinders, industrial and mobile valves, piston pumps, motors, and reputed company components
• 2+ years of management/leadership experience in a customer interfacing setting
• Ability to support engineered-to-order or configurable products in a manufacturing setting
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production workflows, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain
• Ability to travel to headquarters 1 week per month
