Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an reputed company Product Manager to help build a reputed company payments platform that integrates pay-ins, payouts, merchant acquiring, and embedded financial capabilities. The role involves collaborating with engineering teams and ensuring the delivery of scalable payment solutions while documenting reputed company payment flows and managing product requirements.

Responsibilities

• Create clear, comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and functional specifications
• Document end-to-end payment flows including pay-ins, payouts, settlement, routing, reconciliation, and merchant lifecycle scenarios
• Maintain precise user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules in partnership with cross-functional teams
• Serve as the primary liaison between product, engineering, and QA teams
• Work with technical leads to convert business needs into scalable system designs and API specifications
• Collaborate with UI/UX, API, and data teams to ensure technical alignment with product vision
• reputed company detailed process maps, system interaction diagrams, and transaction journeys using Visio, reputed company, or reputed company
• Ensure accuracy of payment orchestration flows across authorization, capture, disbursements, and funding events
• Support design of multi-rail routing and money movement architecture for platform use cases
• Support backlog management, sprint planning, and prioritization of features and enhancements
• Participate in QA review, UAT validation, and release readiness
• Track delivery milestones and ensure on-time, high-quality product launches
• Finalize end-to-end documentation of business requirements, flows, high and low level designs, and build phases
• Manage detailed execution plans and sprint-level deliverables
• Continue to refine requirements and definitions throughout development and pivot as needed for market needs
• Align implementations, billing, risk and compliance practices, servicing, and support for the solution
• Provide input for prioritization decisions balancing scope, timeline, and quality

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree
• 10+ years of experience in product management reputed company payments, pay-ins, payouts, merchant acquiring, money movement, or financial services
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end money movement lifecycle, including acceptance, disbursement, settlement, routing, reconciliation, and underlying platform APIs
• Experience documenting payment flows and business processes with clarity and precision
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to break down reputed company payment journeys
• Proven success working with engineering teams in an Agile environment
• Hands-on expertise with JIRA, Confluence, Lucid chart, reputed company, or similar tools
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and cross-team alignment skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to create structured, logical artifacts
• reputed company AI tools and technologies in day-to-day workflows to improve efficiency, decision-making, and operational outcomes

• Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or Business Analysis (e.g., CSPO, CBAP) are a plus
