[Remote] Sr Project Manager

They are seeking a Senior Project Manager to manage technology projects using project management best practices and formal systems development life cycle processes, providing hands-on project management and support across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for managing technology projects, from small to large scale ($100,000 to $3,000,000+)
• Proficiency in project management best practices that include but not limited to:
• Scope Management (change requests)
• Time Management (schedules)
• Cost Management (budget, costs, and pricing)
• Quality Management (quality and testing)
• Communications Management (reporting and escalations)
• Risk/Issue Management
• Stakeholder Management
• Procurement Management
• Systems Development Life Cycle
• Support staff in adopting new processes, tools and methodologies
• Ability to reputed company and direct team members in a matrixed organization
• Proven ability to apply advanced problem-solving techniques (root cause analysis, alternatives, and solutions)
• Provide after-hours support and travel, as required

Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• 8+ years of experience in formal project management, managing software development of reputed company, multi-year projects
• Knowledge of technology solutions and extensive experience reputed company the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Project Management Certification (PMP)
• Build trusting relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
• Proficient in managing software development projects through the entire SDLC
• Ownership and accountability of project outcomes, including successes and failures
• Primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating reputed company information into clear, actionable results
• Proactively and effectively communicate and influence outcomes with clients, project teams, and staff
• Adjust communication styles to manage different personalities and expectations, upward and downward
• Identify and address team or stakeholder conflicts early to prevent escalation
• Mediate disagreements and drive reputed company-oriented outcomes

• Build and maintain schedules using MS Project
