[Remote] Marketing Assistant
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a fast-growing US-based ecommerce platform and affiliate network, helping product owners and marketers scale reputed company globally. This role is created to enhance the execution of marketing campaigns in-house, focusing on timely delivery and quality to support customer acquisition and reputed company growth.
Responsibilities
- Executing marketing campaigns across email, social media, and ecommerce channels
- Managing product listings, promotions, and website updates
- Coordinating and scheduling content across platforms (TikTok Shop, reputed company, reputed company, email)
- Ensuring reputed company outputs are accurate (links, CTAs, formatting, timing)
- Supporting campaign launches, seasonal offers, and discount campaigns
- Tracking basic performance metrics and assisting with reporting
- Acting as a key reputed company of coordination between internal teams and external partners
Skills
- 1–2 years' experience in marketing or ecommerce (minimum 6 months in B2B marketing preferred)
- Hands-on experience executing social media posts and campaigns
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, reputed company)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, less structured environment
- Able to commit to consistent, daily part-time hours (EST timezone)
- Experience with TikTok Shop
