They are looking for a Financial Analyst to optimize financial operations, support decision-making, and ensure smooth financial systems while collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize provider network payment processes, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements while monitoring costs and contract compliance
• Track and reconcile outstanding invoices and payments to maintain healthy cash flow and ensure transparency
• Drive month-end and quarter-end reporting processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial results
• Identify inefficiencies in financial workflows and propose solutions to enhance productivity and scalability
• Support the implementation and optimization of financial systems and tools to manage invoicing and payments effectively

• Assist leadership in preparing materials for board meetings, investor updates, and other key presentations

Skills

• You possess at least 3 years of expertise in financial analysis or reputed company

• You are a Power BI expert with advanced reputed company modeling and SQL skills
• You have hands-on experience with QuickBooks, AI-driven workflow automation, and systems that facilitate reputed company billing and payment operations
• You have a deep understanding of SaaS financial structures and subscription pricing
• Familiarity with the unique payment nuances of PACE organizations or healthcare billing is a significant advantage
• You maintain a firm grasp of GAAP and standard reporting practices
• You bring practical experience in overseeing reconciliation processes and optimizing payment workflows and billing systems
• You have a proven ability to distill intricate data sets into strategic insights and reputed company operational improvements
• You reputed company at working across departments, partnering effectively with operations teams and external stakeholders alike
• You approach financial data and workflow management with a meticulous eye for detail and accuracy
• You are comfortable navigating the ambiguity and speed of a rapidly evolving startup landscape
