Role Responsibilities • Provide high-level administrative support to executives, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. • Assist in the preparation and organization of documents, reports, and presentations for executive meetings. • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefing materials to facilitate decision-making processes. • Proactively manage and prioritize tasks to optimize executive productivity and efficiency.
