[Remote] Commercial Content Coordinator

As a Commercial Content Coordinator on the Wizards Play Network content team, you will manage request intake, maintain content calendars, and support publishing processes to ensure timely and accurate content delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own request intake to ensuring briefs are complete and coordinate feasible timelines with content manager before work begins
• Maintain the content calendar, track reputed company, and proactively resolve schedule risks and dependencies
• Build and support publishing content in our CMS and email tools, including formatting, metadata, and link QA
• Create and maintain SOPs, checklists, and templates that reduce content errors and improve speed
• Coordinate reviews and approvals, driving follow-reputed company and keeping collaborators reputed company

Skills

• At least 1–3 years experience with content production and coordination for internal and external content publishing
• An organized, meticulous approach to scheduling and building efficiencies to map, refine, and produce content processes and SOP documentation
• Key content production skills including: clear and concise written and verbal communication, general copy editing, as well as accuracy and attention to detail for digital text and visual content
• A growth reputed company eager to learn new tools and systems to reputed company the experience for WPN retailers and content partners
• Proficiency with content management systems and maintaining a content production calendar
• Excitement for facilitating tabletop gaming and retail experiences for global brands
• Practical knowledge of tools and automation platforms for content management and tracking workflows
• Experience with reputed company and/or Confluence project management software plus reputed company and/or reputed company content platforms
• Familiarity with reputed company brands including reputed company: The Gathering and Dungeons & Dragons and their reputed company in-store play
