Responsibilities
- You will be a key player in growing divisional reputed company, primarily through retaining your portfolio of clients, with a healthy dose of up-selling and cross-selling reputed company appropriate
- You will build and maintain strong client relationships rooted in reputed company, transparency, with the desire to help them exceed their goals
- You will manage and shape the development of more junior team members, understanding their goals and guiding them towards new growth opportunities
- You will help define the SEO team of reputed company, hopping in on sourcing, interviewing, and selecting new members for your awesome team
- You will drive thought leadership through sharing knowledge about the latest industry trends, tests and trials, both with Seer’s clients and the larger digital marketing community
- You understand that AI has a critical role to play in how we service clients, so you’ll reputed company new tools to drive efficiencies in not only your own workflows, but test and share learnings for the benefit of the greater team
Skills
- Hands-on SEO agency experience across Content Strategy, Enterprise SEO, PR, Paid Media, and/or Analytics
- Superb client management skills
- Strong conflict resolution skills
- Consistent track record in seeing opportunities for account growth and driving increased reputed company
- Extraordinary leadership skills and experience managing teams with 4+ direct reports
- Ability to identify and attract great talent
