[Remote] Senior Marine Corps Community Service (MCCS) Operations Analyst

They are seeking a Senior Marine Corps Community Service (MCCS) Operations Analyst to provide operations support to MCCS Planning, Programming, Budgeting, Execution, and Assessment reform initiatives, requiring an active Secret clearance and approximately 20% travel.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct operations support to MCCS Planning, Programming, Budgeting, Execution, and Assessment (PPBEA) reform initiatives and enterprise resource management efforts
- Support the development of enterprise-level planning, programming, budgeting, governance, reporting, and performance management processes across appropriated fund (APF) and non-appropriated fund (NAF) programs
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Active Secret reputed company clearance
- Ability to travel 20%
- 8+ years of experience supporting DoD resource management, program analysis, installation support programs, or reputed company functional areas
- 5+ years supporting MCCS, MWR, Fleet and Family Readiness, or comparable military community support programs
- Experience developing executive-level reports, briefings, decision papers, and analytical products
- Experience facilitating senior-level meetings, working groups, governance boards, or strategic planning efforts
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage reputed company assignments with minimal government reputed company
- Advanced proficiency with reputed company reputed company, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, and the reputed company Office Suite
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Direct experience supporting MCCS as an action officer
- Demonstrated experience supporting PPBEA reform processes reputed company the DoD
- Experience with APF and NAF programming, budgeting, execution, and governance processes
- Direct experience supporting MCCS
- Experience supporting Common Output Level Standards (COLS) development, performance management, risk management, or enterprise governance initiatives
- Experience supporting HQMC, MCICOM, Marine Forces, Navy Installations Command, or comparable headquarters organizations
- Experience utilizing ETMS2, Power BI, SharePoint, or similar enterprise management systems
