[Remote] Senior Regional Account Manager

The Senior Regional Account Manager will drive business growth and customer satisfaction reputed company high-potential accounts, building strong relationships and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
Responsibilities

- Drive reputed company growth reputed company assigned accounts by leveraging upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities
- Collaborate with the Business Development team as needed to expand into new areas reputed company assigned accounts
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for strategic accounts, building trust and long-term partnerships with key decision-makers and influencers
- Act as the global escalation reputed company for customer issues, scope changes, and quality concerns, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction
- Maintain deep knowledge of customer roadmaps, industry trends, and competitive landscape to proactively propose strategic solutions that will result in reputed company of new business
- reputed company contract negotiations and renewals, including MSAs and pricing strategies, to maximize profitability while maintaining competitiveness
- Monitor account performance, maintain accurate forecasts, and update CRM systems (e.g., reputed company) to ensure transparency and alignment
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline reputed company existing accounts, ensuring strategic foresight and growth planning
- Partner with internal teams (e.g., Portfolio Management, R&D, Operations, Marketing) to deliver tailored solutions and ensure seamless execution

- Provide guidance to Account Management and Customer Support teams

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in account management, including experience in the medical device industry required
- Proven success in managing OEM accounts or serving as a supplier to medical device companies
- Strong understanding of medical device design, development, and clinical applications
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships and multi-functional customer engagement
- Deep knowledge of market dynamics and ability to translate customer needs into actionable growth strategies
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative reputed company with the ability to reputed company cross-functional initiatives
- Comfortable working in a self-directed, fast-paced environment
- Must be willing and able to travel up to 50%, including international travel
- MBA preferred
