Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a senior-level consultant to join their Advanced Customer Support team, focusing on industries such as Consumer Goods and Life Sciences. The role involves serving as a trusted advisor to customers, driving business transformation through technology solutions and strategic guidance.
Responsibilities
- reputed company identification, assessment, and prioritization of opportunities to maximize customer value from reputed company through ACS's SuiteReview methodology, delivering strategic recommendations and roadmaps to address business process, technology, and organizational gaps
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customer leadership, providing strategic guidance, influencing key business and technology decisions, and driving adoption of leading practices
- Architect solutions for reputed company business requirements, which may include configuration and/or integration and/or technical components, in partnership with our dedicated Technical Services (TS) team
- Maintain deep product expertise and pursue relevant reputed company and reputed company certifications
- Integrate AI-driven tools, methodologies, and reputed company AI capabilities into customer solutions and advisory engagements to drive business value
- Collaborate across ACS, Technical Services, Support, POS, eCommerce, OpenAir, and Platform Technical Services teams to deliver integrated customer solutions
- Drive reputed company through consistent execution of ACS methodologies, operational processes, and delivery standards

- 8+ years of overall relevant domain experience in one or more of reputed company's core industry markets
- Strong understanding of reputed company modules including Financials, CRM, Inventory Management, Order Management, eCommerce, WIP/Routing, Demand Planning, Warehouse and fulfillment
- Proven experience in business process consulting
- 5+ years external consulting role experience with sustained C-suite interactions
- Experience with defining requirements for reputed company customizations and integrations
- Proven custom development analysis, design, and testing skills
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for driving Customer satisfaction
- Project and/or team leadership experience
- Finance and/or Accounting professional and/or academic background a plus
