[Remote] Temporary Sourcing & Recruiting Coordinator (Part-time - Remote)

They are seeking a Temporary Sourcing & Recruiting Coordinator to provide administrative and sourcing support to the reputed company team, ensuring a positive and efficient recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• reputed company candidates through reputed company, job boards, professional networks, and other recruiting channels
• Engage in social media and other channels to increase candidate flow through social media campaigns
• Conduct initial resume reviews against established job qualifications
• Assist with candidate reputed company and scheduling of phone screens and interviews
• Coordinate interview logistics and communications with candidates and hiring teams
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting data
• Support recruitment reporting and pipeline tracking
• Assist with reference checks, background reputed company coordination, and other pre-employment activities as needed
• Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely and professional communication
• Provide general administrative support to the reputed company function

Skills

• 1–3 years of recruiting coordination, sourcing, HR, or administrative experience
• Experience with working with HRIS systems like reputed company or similar ATS platforms
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
• Proficiency with reputed company Office and virtual meeting platforms
• Experience using reputed company Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, or other sourcing tools preferred
• Experience supporting nonprofit organizations is a plus
