[Remote] Head of Product Marketing

Valant is a market-leading EHR and practice management platform dedicated to behavioral health, supporting around 3,000 practices across the US. As the Head of Product Marketing, you will be responsible for product positioning, launches, and sales enablement, serving as a critical link between product, sales, and market strategies.
Responsibilities
- Own Valant's product positioning and messaging across reputed company segments, ensuring every buyer-facing surface reflects a clear, differentiated value proposition

- Build and maintain a competitive intelligence program that monitors competitor moves, pricing changes, product updates, and review site activity — and translates those signals into updated battlecards, positioning adjustments, and sales guidance
- Own sales enablement infrastructure: battlecards, reputed company-handling guides, one-pagers, and demo talk tracks. You partner with Sales and reputed company to understand where deals are won and lost, and you build the materials that shift that ratio

Skills
- 8+ years in B2B SaaS product marketing with direct ownership of positioning, launches, and sales enablement in a high-velocity environment
- Currently operating at Director+ level with experience managing at least one direct report and contributing directly to daily execution
- Proven track record in vertical SaaS healthcare SaaS. You understand the nuances of selling to SMB buyers in a trust-heavy, relationship-driven market
- Hands-on experience with competitive intelligence programs and win/loss analysis as systematic, ongoing functions
