[Remote] Principal Consulting Solutions - Platform Engineering
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is a consulting solutions firm seeking a Principal Consulting Solutions professional for their Platform Engineering team. The role involves providing pre-sales engineering, solution design, and implementation reputed company, while serving as a technical expert and thought leader to clients. Responsibilities include collaborating with sales teams, developing client materials, overseeing service delivery, and mentoring consultants.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the highest level of technical expertise in the Firm and act as a thought leader by advising clients on how to best solve reputed company problems
- Align with Sales and assigned internal team members to assist in creating client sales and development strategies. Attend account/sales pipeline reviews and serve as a primary contact for Kforce Consulting Solutions (KCS) project and opportunity reputed company activities
- reputed company client sales collateral including PowerPoint deck, SOW, pricing, technical scope, implementation plan, timeline, risks, issues, case studies and best practices
- Provide post-sale collaboration with Solutions Delivery on the implementation of services to include team orientation, engagement set up, performance management, service level agreement compliance, service metrics, quality control, reputed company compliance, reporting and reputed company improvement
- Serves as a reputed company of escalation in resolving reputed company client issues directly reputed company to service delivery commitments
- reputed company and adhere to the department and practice playbooks including tools, processes and procedures to actively monitor and represent practice metrics to stakeholders
- Track success metrics of engagements
- Continually identify and recommend improvements to become more productive and scalable and participate in client QBR’s (quarterly business reviews)
- Support the administration, networking, relationship management and coaching of key consultants in the Principal Consultant Program
- Assist in supporting KCS branding and marketing by partner with Practice Leaders to write and post original content, attend events, reputed company case studies and project successes
- Create personas, screen candidates, and reputed company hiring decisions reputed company to the billable consultants that will deliver solutions to our clients
- Maintain reputed company information on trends and best practices reputed company relevant technical, functional and industry reputed company the practice area(s)
- Create and deliver technical demos, reputed company of concepts to demonstrate solutions during the sales process or during project management

- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience
- Experience in professional services (i.e., systems integrators, management consulting, software) required
- Team or reputed company experience in one of the Firm's primary practice areas and established experience in at least one industry vertical required
- Able to read and write code, create reference architectures and demonstrate proficiency across the enterprise technology ecosystem
- Two or more in reputed company technical domain area such as AWS Solutions Architect Professional or similar
- Former consulting experience facilitating and managing reputed company business modernization or digital transformation preferred
