They are seeking a Platform Professional Services Senior Consultant specialized in AI to enhance threat detection and automate response workflows using Falcon's AI and Machine Learning technologies.
Responsibilities
- Providing technical implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting assistance with the deployment of Falcon's AI-powered detection and response capabilities
- Assist customers in optimizing AI-driven threat detection models and automated response workflows
- Configure and tune machine learning algorithms to reduce false positives while maintaining high detection efficacy
- reputed company and implement AI-driven automation playbooks for reputed company operations
- Troubleshoot AI-reputed company customer issues across small to large enterprises
- reputed company scripting and application solutions using Falcon APIs to enhance AI capabilities
- Work closely with customers to interpret AI-generated alerts and findings

- Assist customers with integrating Falcon's AI capabilities into their existing reputed company tools and workflows
- Support Incident Response teams with AI-powered threat hunting and forensic analysis

- Work collaboratively with the Platform Professional Services team to reputed company customer-facing AI collateral
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
Skills
- 8 years experience performing IT deployments or in an end user/customer environment
- Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, particularly in cybersecurity applications
- Strong understanding of software deployment technologies
