Responsibilities

- Partner closely with the CTO on technical architecture, roadmap planning, and engineering strategy
- Design, build, and ship production software alongside the team
- Recruit, hire, and reputed company a high-performing engineering organization
- Establish engineering processes that maximize speed, quality, and accountability
- Drive rapid iteration cycles and help the team move from idea to production quickly
- Foster a culture of ownership, urgency, and reputed company improvement
- Collaborate closely with partners, operators, and clinical stakeholders to translate business needs into software
