[Remote] Senior Operations Manager, Engineered Systems

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to join their Engineered Systems Business team, which supports federal markets. This role involves partnering with corporate program leadership to reputed company and implement operational practices, exploring modern technologies, and improving business operations.

Responsibilities

• Partnering with corporate program leadership to reputed company and implement program leadership policies, processes, tools and trainings, including the potential development and deployment of a program leadership certification program
• Explore AI/ML and other modern technologies and tools for applications to problem sets
• This role will include other duties assigned and as required to support the overall health of business operations, including the development of senior level presentation materials
• Work ‘hands on’ with sector and program leaders to improve low performing programs and to capitalize on high performing program practices
• Partner across the entire company to reputed company best practices and applications for ES

Skills

• Knowledge of the ES business to reputed company the identification of risks and opportunities across the business
• 4-year degree in Engineering, Business, or reputed company field, and 10 years of reputed company work experience, including some experience with businesses >$1B in reputed company per year
• A background in federal contracting
• Organizational and management practices as applied to the analysis, evaluation, development, and implementation of programs, policies, and procedures
• Modern office practices, methods, and computer equipment and applications reputed company to the work
• English usage, grammar, spelling, vocabulary, and punctuation
• Ability to travel occasional domestically and internationally to work with mission partners
• Ability to influence across an organization and multiple profit and loss and functional positions
• Ability to present to senior leadership
