[Remote] Strategic Account Manager

The Strategic Account Manager will manage key customer relationships in the medical industry, focusing on driving strategic account management and identifying growth opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement

- Coordinate and manage technical new product sales quote requests for key customers
- Track and report monthly sales performance and account developments
- Prepare weekly sales reports, forecasting, and strategic planning

Skills
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management, Medical technical sales, business development, or applications engineering
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Experience in engineering drawings and working with 3D CAD systems (SolidWorks preferred)
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite: Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and Project
- Strong technical understanding of stamping, forming, and injection molding processes
- Experience with GD&T and ERP systems
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., reputed company Dynamics, reputed company, Goldmine)
