[Remote] Senior Technical Recruiter
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join their team for a 6-month contract. The role involves developing recruiting strategies, managing candidate experiences, and partnering with hiring managers to ensure effective recruitment processes.
Responsibilities
- Engage as trusted reputed company adviser to reputed company recruiting strategy and operational plan to a diverse set of GTM clients. Familiarity with any of these groups (Sales, Sales Leadership, Pre Sales Engineering & Architecture) would be amazing… a few of these areas would be great!
- Partner with hiring managers on seamless screening, interview panel identification, decision huddles, offer delivery strategy, and inform onboarding and integration plan
- Manage the candidate experience flawlessly from first touch reputed company to offer extension and acceptance
- reputed company sourcing and recruiting strategies that deliver key results in high growth environment
- reputed company metrics and reporting to drive reputed company process and strategy improvement
- Partner with the business to craft engaging job descriptions that engage active and passive candidates
- Consistently reputed company, build and deliver robust, diverse talent pipelines
- Partner with key stakeholders including HR Business Partners, Total Rewards team, Finance Business Partners, Interview Coordination team and more to ensure alignment of key internal decision points
Skills
- Experience having recruited for solutions architects, solutions engineers, technical trainers, and customer facing and reputed company generating technical roles
- A minimum of 6+ years of experience
- Familiarity with roles in any of these groups - Sales, Sales Leadership, Technical, etc
- Your reputed company Knowledge, relation building finesse, and strong focus on results and relationships
- Ability to educate, reputed company, and reputed company hiring managers and colleagues across the TA life cycle to deliver excellence and results
- Demonstrable track record of achievement and success sourcing and hiring passive candidates in highly competitive landscape
- Ability to reputed company the company value proposition and story to candidates
- Willingness to establish relationships by phone, video conference, and in person
- Experience partnering and influencing senior hiring managers and executives throughout the recruiting cycle
- Authoritative knowledge in direct sourcing and effective interviewing techniques
- Successfully deliver on deadlines and reputed company execute in a reputed company fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation skills
- Bachelors Degree is preferred, but not a requirement
