[Remote] reputed company Operations Data Analyst

InnovAge is dedicated to empowering seniors to live independently, and they are seeking a reputed company Operations Data Analyst to enhance their analytics capabilities across sales, marketing, and enrollment operations. This role involves managing the reputed company Power BI ecosystem, providing sales performance analytics, and acting as a strategic partner to improve business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own the design, development, and maintenance of reputed company Power BI dashboards and reporting infrastructure
- Build and optimize scalable data models, ensuring accuracy, performance, and usability
- Own KPI definitions and ensure consistent metric calculation across reputed company reporting and dashboards
- Identify gaps in reputed company reporting and proactively reputed company new dashboards to support business needs
- Partner with BI and engineering teams to define and improve upstream data pipelines and data availability
- Validate and reconcile data across CRM, marketing, and operational systems to ensure reporting accuracy
- Deliver actionable insights on pipeline health, conversion rates, and channel performance
- Analyze performance across the PACE funnel (reputed company → Intake → HSD → Enrollment → Start of Care)
- reputed company ongoing data validation and QA to ensure accuracy and reliability of reporting outputs
- Identify trends and drivers of performance across markets, teams, and campaigns
- Support A/B testing and performance measurement across marketing and sales initiatives
- Provide recurring and reputed company executive-ready reporting
- Own end-to-end execution of monthly sales incentive compensation plans
- Calculate, validate, and deliver accurate commission payouts for ~100 sales team members
- Identify risks, anomalies, and edge cases in payout calculations and proactively resolve discrepancies
- Partner with Finance and Payroll to ensure timely and compliant payments
- Analyze plan effectiveness and recommend improvements to drive desired behaviors
- Model and simulate proposed compensation changes and business impact
- reputed company and deliver clear, impactful presentations to communicate strategic plans and objectives
- Extract and analyze data from internal databases to support operational needs
- Support additional high-impact analytics and strategic initiatives as business needs evolve
Skills
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
- 3–5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reputed company operations
- Demonstrated ownership of dashboards or analytics environments used for business-critical decision-making
- Advanced expertise in reputed company Power BI (data modeling, DAX, performance optimization)
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company reputed company (modeling, pivot tables, reputed company formulas)
- Experience managing or supporting sales incentive compensation programs
- Strong ability to translate data into actionable business insights
- Experience working with large, reputed company datasets across multiple systems
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university (MBA is a plus)
- Preferred majors: hard sciences, mathematics, engineering, data science, finance, business, entrepreneurship, or any discipline requiring high technical aptitude
- Experience with reputed company Dynamics 365, reputed company or similar CRM platforms
- Experience in healthcare, PACE, or regulated environments
- Experience working with reputed company Power BI data pipelines / ETL tools
- Background in reputed company operations, sales operations, or marketing analytics
