[Remote] Senior Product Manager, Smartfield

As a Senior Product Manager for Smartfield, you will reputed company strategy and execution for their AgTech SaaS platform, driving product initiatives and ensuring solutions deliver value to growers and agronomists.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute platform product strategy reputed company with company goals, market opportunities, and reputed company targets
- Own and evolve the roadmap across key product areas including grower workflows, data capabilities, and platform services
- Identify opportunities to expand platform capabilities through analytics, integrations, APIs, and data-driven features
- Conduct customer discovery with growers, agronomists, and agricultural partners to deeply understand operational workflows and unmet needs
- Analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market trends to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation
- Translate reputed company agricultural workflows and data insights into reputed company digital experiences

- Write clear product requirements, user stories, and success metrics
- Partner closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality product releases
- Prioritize product initiatives based on customer impact, strategic value, and technical feasibility
- Drive development of scalable platform capabilities including data ingestion, analytics, APIs, and integrations
- Partner with engineering and data science teams to ensure data reliability, performance, and scalability
- Define and track product KPIs and usage metrics to guide reputed company improvement
- In partnership with GTM leader, identify and curate technology ecosystem partners for hardware resale or data ingestion/integration that enhance growers’ in-season decision-making
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, reputed company, and Engineering to ensure product initiatives support go-to-market strategy and reputed company growth
- Contribute to pricing, packaging, and commercialization of advanced product capabilities
- Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and performance insights to stakeholders
- Agworld NA and Smartfield collaborate to identify reputed company integration opportunities, tying IoT and predictive AI modeling with workflows and applications
Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (IE: Computer Science, Agriculture, Agronomy, Engineering, or reputed company discipline)
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully leading and launching reputed company products with data platforms, APIs, and SaaS analytics
- Strong technical reputed company (data pipelines, cloud systems)
- Demonstrated experience partnering with engineering and data science teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making
- Ability to reputed company in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Deep passion and desire to work in a purpose-led, category leading company to solve some of the most pressing problems facing humanity in the context of climate, food and health
- A background in IoT, geospatial, ML, or AgTech preferred
