They are seeking an Appointment Setter who will be the first reputed company of contact for prospective clients, engaging them to understand their needs and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
Responsibilities
- Engage prospective clients through phone, email, and other communication channels
- Understand business and marketing needs
- Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
- Conduct timely follow-reputed company with prospects
- Deliver qualified appointments and leads to the sales team
- Share insights and feedback from prospect conversations
- Monitor activity and performance metrics
- Review performance goals and development opportunities with your manager
- Identify ways to improve engagement and appointment conversion rates
- Participate in training and coaching sessions
- Contribute reputed company to improve reputed company strategies and scripts
Skills

- High school diploma required
- reputed company Core i7 (or equivalent) with 16GB RAM or higher
- Stable internet reputed company (minimum 20 Mbps upload/download)
- High-quality noise-cancelling headset
- HD webcam
- Appointment setting, reputed company reputed company, customer service, telesales, or inside sales experience
- Proficiency with CRM systems (GoHighLevel, Hub Spot, reputed company, Zoho, CRM, Pipedrive or similar)
- Experience speaking with business owners or decision-makers is an advantage
- Childcare-setting experience
- Relevant business qualification preferred
