They are seeking a Data Governance Analyst to support data governance, metadata management, and data quality initiatives in a remote position with occasional onsite reputed company reputed company necessary.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage business metadata, definitions, attributes, and data standards
• Review data profiling results and identify data quality issues and root causes
• Support remediation planning and execution for approved data quality improvements
• Provide business context for datasets, including data creation, consumption, and dependencies
• Collaborate with Business Data Stewards, Technical Stewards, and System Owners to validate data reputed company and system behavior
• Support Planning-for-Control readiness activities and escalate data governance risks as needed

Skills

• 5+ years of Data Stewardship, Data Governance, or Data Management experience
• Strong understanding of metadata management and data quality processes
• Experience with data profiling, data reputed company, and root cause analysis
• Knowledge of data governance frameworks, controls, and standards
• Strong stakeholder collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to document business definitions, rules, and data standards
• Experience in enterprise data governance, data management, or data quality programs
• Background supporting large-scale data governance and stewardship initiatives reputed company regulated or reputed company enterprise environments
