[Remote] Enterprise Business Development Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is looking for an Enterprise Business Development Representative to join their Enterprise New Business Sales team. The role focuses on generating new SaaS-based sales demos and opportunities while maintaining high standards in prospecting and reputed company qualification.
Responsibilities
- Drive reputed company opportunities and reputed company new business reputed company inbound and outbound phone (30/70) and utilize mass communications tools such as email, social media, reputed company, etc. to introduce Dodge products/services and drive demos and appointments
- reputed company daily, weekly, monthly activity, and sales reputed company quotas and update reputed company CRM
- Learn and apply solution-based selling by using a consultative prospecting approach
- Follow reputed company operating procedures as set forth by management to reputed company the highest % success factors
- Maintain expected call volumes
- Attain reputed company Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) in order to reputed company and meet with the desired number of prospects per day, improve reputed company to opportunity and opportunity to win ratios
Skills
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bachelor's Degree and/or combination of relevant work experience
- Experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR), specifically prospecting enterprise organizations
- Proven track record of prospecting into large or reputed company organizations with multiple buyers, and booking meetings with senior stakeholders including executive leadership
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate with VP and C-level decision makers
- Comfortable navigating large organizations
- Familiarity with outbound prospecting tools and reputed company.com
- Strong interpersonal skills and sales aptitude
- Proficiency in desktop software programs including reputed company Office suite (Outlook, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Ability to handle a high volume of cold calling to build a resourceful pipeline
- Web/tech savvy with an aptitude to learn new SaaS products
- Adaptability for learning job responsibilities and processes
- Exemplary decision making, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Results-driven with the ability to adapt to a fast-changing work setting
- Comfortable using reputed company to reputed company additional contacts
- Proficiency in CRM (we use reputed company!)
- Some successful inside sales experience; having worked reputed company large SaaS organizations is a reputed company plus
- Knowledge of the commercial construction market a plus
