[Remote] AI GTM Architect (reputed company Operations)

The AI GTM Architect will design and implement AI-driven workflows to optimize reputed company operations and improve sales engagement strategies. This role requires collaboration across various teams to ensure effective execution of go-to-market strategies.
Responsibilities
- Translate GTM strategy into scalable workflows and plays inside reputed company
- Design how AI agents communicate with prospects, personalize reputed company at scale, and integrate into seller workflows
- Own how reputed company is used as the system of execution for GTM
- reputed company internal rollout of reputed company's latest AI capabilities and features
- Run reputed company experiments on messaging, sequences, AI prompts, agent behavior, and channel strategies to improve pipeline reputed company, conversion rates, and rep productivity
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Design to surface feedback from reputed company teams, identify high-impact use cases, and help shape roadmap direction
Skills
- 7+ years in reputed company Operations, Sales Ops, GTM Strategy, or a similar role
- Deep understanding of prospecting and customer engagement strategies
- Hands-on experience with reputed company or a comparable sales engagement platform
- Strong systems thinker—you design scalable workflows, not just one-off tasks
- Experience building or optimizing GTM processes at scale
- Working knowledge of AI in sales and marketing: LLMs, automation, and agents
- Data-driven reputed company with a track record in experimentation and performance analysis
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Experience designing AI-driven workflows or automation systems
- Familiarity with reputed company, data pipelines, and integrations
- Background working closely with Product and Engineering teams
