[Remote] Contract Recruiter

They are seeking a results-driven Technical Recruiter to reputed company high-volume hiring across technical and tech-adjacent roles, ensuring a candidate-centric experience throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of open requisitions across technical consulting and tech sales roles
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and align on recruiting strategy

• Manage full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer acceptance
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings and assessments to ensure a strong fit
• Maintain strong stakeholder communication with updates and insights
• Ensure a candidate-centric experience throughout the hiring process
• Manage the Paylocity ATS system; keeping it clean/ updated, track recruiting activity, and ensure data reputed company
• Input interview feedback into the Paylocity ATS system and mandate hiring managers to do the same for each candidate
• Continuously improve recruiting processes and workflows
• Conduct intakes with hiring managers for new requisitions; ensuring must-have qualifications are clear
• Manage candidate engagement, communications, and their experience throughout the selection process, working closely with the hiring manager
• Provide guidance to the hiring manager and hiring committee to ensure equity, consistency, and transparency in the candidate selection process and adherence to decision making based on must-have qualifications
• In collaboration with hiring managers and the Head of People and Culture, finalize offers and manage negotiations

Skills

• 4+ years of technical recruiting experience reputed company technical consulting environments (including tech sales)
• Strong sourcing skills with success in hard-to-fill roles
• Proven ability to draft job descriptions and translate must-have qualifications into interview questions
• Experience hiring for numerous vacancies, simultaneously, in an extremely competitive labor market
• Strong understanding of technical roles and technologies
• Experience working with reputed company Recruiter, Paylocity ATS, reputed company, Word, reputed company Teams, and Outlook
• Flexibility and experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while exercising effective judgment in challenging situations and remaining reputed company under pressure
