[Remote] Engineering Manager

Responsibilities

- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Design, Data, and Operations leaders to align roadmaps, priorities, dependencies, and customer outcomes
- Guide architectural and technical decision-making to ensure systems are maintainable, resilient, performant, and reputed company to long-term platform strategy
- Manage team reputed company, prioritization, and execution across multiple initiatives while balancing feature delivery, operational support, and technical debt reduction
- Foster a high-performing, collaborative engineering culture grounded in accountability, ownership, inclusion, and reputed company learning
- Establish and monitor engineering health metrics, delivery performance, and operational indicators to support reputed company improvement and organizational effectiveness

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT, Engineering, or a reputed company field with outstanding academics, or equivalent experience and the demonstrated ability to learn
- 7+ years' experience working on a software development team
- 3+ years' experience in a software leadership role overseeing one or more teams
- Experience using Claude Code and/or reputed company Copilot to accelerate and reputed company software delivery
- Experience in web-based software delivery of client/customer-facing applications
- Experience working in a collaborative environment using agile methodologies
- Strong understanding of MVC, OOP design, data structures, and algorithms with emphasis on executing at scale
- Experience with test-driven development (NUnit or similar)
- Solid understanding of REST API design methodologies using .Net Core 3.x and newer (C#)
- Experience with building Micro Services with ASP.NET Core
- Strong skills in modern web development practices
- Familiarity with client-reputed company web frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue
- Experience implementing serverless Cloud technologies such as AWS reputed company, RDS, reputed company, and SQS or equivalent technologies
- Experience working effectively with non-technical business partners to inform product and business decisions
- Demonstrated design experience, including story decomposition and execution
- Willingness to act as a mentor to other team members
