[Remote] Customer Service Representative I (Remote)

They are seeking a Customer Service Representative I to process new business, renewals, endorsements, and billing transactions while maintaining effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Process new business, renewals and endorsements and billing transactions according to established department policies and procedures
• Communicates and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner reputed company additional information is needed ensuring timely processing
• Maintains detailed policy documentation and updates customer information as necessary
• reputed company endorsements/transactions for multiple lines of business
• Develops and maintains positive customer relations and coordinates with various functions reputed company the company

• Order reports for new business, renewal and endorsements as required such as CLUE, MVR, SOCRECARD, DADS, etc

Skills

• Education: Associate's degree preferred; insurance training or basic insurance courses desirable
• Experience: Less than 2 years in an agency or insurance company preferred
