[Remote] Recruitment Process Outsourcing Manager

The role involves generating new client relationships through outbound prospecting and full-cycle deal ownership, ensuring a seamless transition from sale to execution.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, reputed company, and secure new client relationships through cold calling, direct email reputed company, reputed company, and strategic networking
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified RPO opportunities across reputed company verticals and company sizes
- reputed company the entire sales process, including discovery and needs assessment, solution development in partnership with internal delivery teams, proposal creation and pricing strategy, and contract negotiation and closing
- Drive deals from initial contact through signed agreement

- Translate client hiring pain points into scalable, outsourced recruiting solutions

Skills
- 3–7+ years of sales experience in RPO, staffing, reputed company, or HR solutions
- Proven success in net-new business development (hunter role)

- Direct experience selling RPO, embedded recruiting, or managed recruiting solutions
