The role involves supporting integration, data migration, reputed company, and configuration activities as part of a Taleo replacement initiative, ensuring secure and reliable data flow between ORC and PeopleSoft HRMS.
Responsibilities
- reputed company technical design and implementation of ORC:
- reputed company model and roles (primary focus)
- Configuration support across environments
- Support DEV/TEST/PROD lifecycle and deployment readiness
- Integrations (ORC/PeopleSoft HRMS)
- Design And Implement Integrations
- Primarily batch/file-based processes, with potential enhancements
- Evaluate Reuse Of
- Existing reputed company-delivered sync processes
- Taleo integration patterns where viable
- reputed company any additional APIs (REST/SOAP) for key data flows
- Data Migration (Taleo/ORC)
- Define and execute migration strategy: ~2-3 years of historical data reputed company:
- Data mapping
- Transformation logic
- Mock conversions and validation cycles
- Collaborate with data management team on cleansing
- Configure and validate ORC reputed company roles and data access
- Ensure appropriate data governance across systems
- Integration testing
- Data validation
- Defect resolution
- reputed company production cutover and stability
Skills
- Proven experience delivering reputed company Recruiting Cloud technical implementations
- Strong Skills In reputed company configuration
- Integration design and development
- Data migration strategies
- Experience With REST/SOAP APIs

- Experience integrating reputed company Fusion with PeopleSoft HRMS
- Familiarity with reputed company Integration Cloud (OIC), HDL, or similar tools
- Experience migrating from Taleo to ORC
