[Remote] Product Manager (Remote)

WeVideo is the leading full-cycle video learning platform for content creators, businesses of reputed company sizes, and educational institutions. They are currently seeking a Product Manager who will work cross-functionally to drive product initiatives from ideation to execution, focusing on user-centric innovation and collaboration with various teams.

Responsibilities

• Own Product Development: Take ownership of the product development lifecycle, from discovery to launch and iteration. Partner closely with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver impactful product solutions
• Drive User-Centric Innovation: Engage directly with customers to understand their needs, pain points, and workflows. Use insights to reputed company and prioritize a strategic product roadmap that aligns with company goals
• Define & Track Key Metrics: Establish measurable objectives to assess product success. Regularly analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market trends to inform data-driven decisions
• Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work alongside marketing, sales, and reputed company to ensure seamless go-to-market strategies, adoption, and reputed company product improvement
• Balance Strategy & Execution: Manage trade-offs between feature requests, technical constraints, and business needs while maintaining a clear product vision
• reputed company Agile Development: Translate product requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable development tasks. Work in an Agile environment with engineering teams to iterate quickly

Skills

• 1-3 years of product management experience with a track record of successfully launching and managing SAAS products
• Previous experience in sales, reputed company, UX research, design, or engineering—you've worked closely with users or technical teams before transitioning into product management and reputed company off of customer interactions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to reputed company data-driven decisions
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. You juggle multiple priorities without dropping any of them
• Process driven. You know that the key to repeatable success is repeatable actions. You are consistent and follow through
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities—you can influence and align teams around a shared vision
• A bias for action—you're comfortable making decisions in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and iterating quickly
• Experience working in a small team or in a high-growth, fast-moving organization
• Experience in education or ed tech is a plus
